FreedomPop is growing! We are hiring several part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our customer support team in West Los Angeles! You will be the main point of contact with our user base and are the most important piece of the customer experience puzzle! This opportunity is a part-time paid position (20-30 hours a week) with the opportunity to grow into a full time permanent position

Job Duties:
- Communicate directly with FreedomPop customers via email, chat, and phone, answering questions and solving issues
- Master FreedomPop product, pricing, and technical information to effectively communicate with existing customers and site visitors
- Contribute to a constantly growing knowledge base of user issues to create a community of support and feedback
- Provide technical support to FreedomPop customers in regards to the activation, maintenance and setup of their devices and services
- Document all customer encounters in clear and concise logs to ensure that customers issues are tracked, addressed and solved in the most efficient manner
- Deflecting account cancellations and downgrades by providing customers with authorized rebuttals and special incentives

Job Requirements:
- Ability to bring in own laptop computer to use in office and when working remotely
- A High School Degree or equivalent (GED)
- Previous phone and email customer support experience in a call center environment
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner
- Ability to analyze customers requests and provide a clear and concise response 
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customer support inquiries
